Quality Control & Safe Shipping Policy

All our gemstones and related products go through a strict and well-defined quality assurance process before they are shipped to our customers. Each gemstone and product is carefully examined at multiple stages, starting from procurement to final dispatch. Our expert team inspects every item to ensure it meets our standards of authenticity, appearance, finish, and durability. Only products that pass these checks are approved for further processing.

We follow a four-level Quality Control (QC) system before any product reaches the final consumer:

First Quality Check – Initial Inspection:At this stage, the product is examined for basic quality parameters such as originality, physical condition, color, cut, clarity (for gemstones), and overall workmanship. Any item that does not meet our standards is immediately rejected or sent for correction.

Second Quality Check – Detailing & Accuracy Review:In the second stage, the product details are cross-verified with order specifications. This includes checking gemstone type, weight, size, setting, metal quality, and certification (where applicable). This step ensures that the customer receives exactly what was ordered.

Third Quality Check – Final Product Evaluation:Before packaging, the product undergoes a final visual and functional inspection. Our team carefully checks for surface imperfections, loose settings, polishing quality, and overall finish. This step ensures the product is flawless and ready for use.

Fourth Quality Check – Packaging & Dispatch Verification:The last QC is carried out by our shipping department. Here, the product is securely packed using high-quality protective materials to prevent damage during transit. The packaging is designed to protect against moisture, pressure, and handling impact. Shipping labels, invoices, and order details are also verified to ensure accurate delivery.

Our shipping team takes special care to ensure that every product is dispatched in strong, tamper-proof, and well-cushioned packaging so that it reaches customers in excellent condition. We work only with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

• The product has no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse

Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy
